To initiate a return please contact us at email@example.com we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please include why you would like to return the item in your email.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means unwashed, unworn, no stains or tears.
Please include the packing slip that came with your item in the return.
Wrong Items or Defective Items
If item was received damaged, defective or we sent the wrong item, may we just say we are so sorry to hear that. We want to get your correct or undamaged item back out to you as soon as possible.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process. Make sure you let us know what is wrong with the item.
Returns for defective or wrong items will be exchanged only for the same item ordered. We will refund the return shipping price for damaged, defective or wrong items sent.
Refunds or Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is in the condition stated above your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know what you would like. If the item is not the same price, you will be issued a refund after we receive and inspect the item. You will have to place a new order for the item you want instead.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
We suggest putting tracking on the item. We can't exchange or refund an item until we receive it.
